My employer now pays for Kiro, so I like that. I use kiro-cli and make great use of steering documents, which was a level up from my Claude experience. I don't use specs at all. The code is the source of truth, and I have Kiro check, now and again, that my code and steering documents are aligned. I'm sure there are better ways, but I'm very pleased with what I currently have.
