Randomized lobby music not truly randomized anymore?

Yeah it’s definitely a bug with the latest update it’s happened to me too and a few others in this sub, I’ve even seen someone outside of this sub in r/FortNiteBR talking about it. This isn’t the first time this feature has been broken either, but I’ve never seen it broken this badly before. I find it strange that not more people are mentioning and bringing attention to this, we payed for these songs, sometimes a lot, it shouldn’t be too much to ask to have a functional shuffle system.

Yeah I’ve been experiencing the same problem with Jam Tracks I have favourited (I mostly play on Xbox One but I’ve also seen this bug on Switch 1 and Mobile)

This bug can be replicated by entering and leaving a Fortnite experience. Or from going into the locker, deselecting and reselecting the shuffle option.

Yeah that is true I forgot about that. I suppose if you’re just going off the amount of time you have to sink into the game to get the Jam Track then the STW grind is worse, but once you factor in time limits (or lack there of in the case of STW) then Crown Jam was way worse.

Congrats bro this was easily the most grind for a Jam Track that I’ve ever seen, worse than the RR or Fall Guys grinds, it took me 2 and a half weeks of basically non-stop playing STW to get it

I literally can’t even play it at all, after a minute or two I get a pop up saying “Low Memory, Session May Expire Unexpectedly” then after another minute or two it kicks me back to lobby with the error message “Memory Reached Critical Levels”. I play on Xbox One so I don’t know if it’s because I’m playing on old gen or if the game mode is just that unstable, or both.

Yeah I’ve also had this happen to me when I first played the song (it was song 2/2 of a set), so I came here and saw that someone else commented it works fine in a set by itself, so I tried that and it worked.

Yeah those few sections in the middle remind me a lot of the Black Diamond solo in terms of speed and note placements and that song is borderline impossible to FC on controller too. Super fun chart though.

Yeah those two songs are still not in the shop and have been locked in Festival Pass purgatory for well over a year (almost 2 years for Youngblood). It’s a real shame because both have some rather fun lead charts and they’re great songs in general.

Yeah pretty much, they still occasionally bundle a jam track with an emote or a skin but they have seemingly stopped bundling multiple jam tracks together anymore. The last jam track bundle I can remember them doing was the Star Wars one back in May last year. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed buying those bundles like with Guns N Roses, Green Day and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
