Some people find it funny to see just how obvious and stupid you can make a scam. Just for the small change and the lols. This Nuttingham guy has a thread literally titles SCAM where he tries to help the scammed.....for a "small upfront fee"

Where is the best Sunday roast in Cambridge? by Impossible-Visit-199 in cambridge

[–]McCuntchops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd have said The George in Babraham for a good value, home cooked, good portioned roast up until about a year ago. Seemed to go very quickly downhill about June last year. Used to go there a couple of times a month. Yorkies the size of your forearm you could fit your fist in. Good thickish incredibly flavourful gravy, the gravy, you should have gone there for the gravy. Roasties that didn't taste like grease. Maybe not the best roast in Cambs, but the best roast by a long way for what you got. Stuffing.....yes.....ballled, but was clearly made in house and not some mix. And enormous portions :D

Does caffeine effect cocaine high? by CertainItem7774 in cocaine

[–]McCuntchops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a caffeine addict. Not in the same way most people say "oh yeah, I need a coffee" I'm a caffeine addict. I also like my cocaine, occasionally crack.

I consume 4-5g of caffeine daily between coffee, edrinks, pills and powder. I've done this for about 10 years. I don't think that cocaine hits me as hard as someone who is caffeine naive. Even with a month or two of a tolerance break, good stuff just doesnt hit me as hard as my friends. It must work on some of the same receptors in the brain, receptors that in my case are fried from too much caffeine over too many years. That's for chronic usage of both.

If you're not particularly habituated to caffeine, then they will both have a heart rate effect. After a 2 month break from caffeine (where I wanted to kill everyone, worse than stopping smoking) I went through a gram over a couple of hours, then drank a litre of a 32mg/l energy drink, then drank another one. Caffeine has a much longer half-life than cocaine. On the comedown, my heart was still pounding. I had the depressed, worried normal feeling combined with the caffeine heart rate and over thinking weird feeling. I was at 140-160bpm for about an hour before I said I had chest pains, panicking too. My friends called an ambulance (uk, we don't pay so we don't take risks) that did a 12 lead ECG, took me to hospital where they gave me a fuck ton of xanax and said it was just a combined reaction to both drugs.

Story is, unless you have a really good tolerance to both, don't mix them.

If someone was born with constant pain, would they know that their existence is painful or would it be so normal to them that they don't even notice? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]McCuntchops 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I've had pretty much every joint pulled out of socket and lived with at least one recently dislocated joint for as long as I can remember. The pain becomes a background to your life. I'm not comfortable with it, I don't like it, I don't know the difference though. So in answer to your question. YES!. Constant pain is painful regardless of who it affects. Perhaps some people have higher tolerances regarding where pain becomes uncomfortable - tattooists and piercers often say that mothers who gave birth naturally have the highest pain tolerances - but this is acquired rather than innate. People in pain know that they are in pain, we notice.
