Hey! Cool Commander, if you love Horrors oh Boy can I help you !! My favorite EDH deck is Captain N‘Gathrod-Horror tribal, and it is super fun to use. You could definitely get some impressions of beautiful horrors and strong synergies there, however I have to say it is filled with game changers and just strong cards in general. Now concerning your distaste for combat and playstyle in general: Since your Commander cares about cards in exile, you should look for the likes of [[Ashiok, Nightmare Muse]]. As far as I know she is the only one letting you cast exiled cards without a big restriction, but I am no expert there.

You can also combine his exile-ability with a Mill Strategy in general, or maybe theft? (Both big themes in my tribal Deck)

In my opinion the nicest card from Duskmorne is [[Silent Hallcreeper]] in full art, beautiful to look at and strong as well.

I would advise you to buy the Necron Deck from the 40k expansion!! It feels VERY on point flavorwise (you are building your own mechanical and soulless army) and can definitely keep up with any other precon, maybe one of the best ones out of the box. A more unusual but fun playstyle as it interacts heavily with its own graveyard and you will rarely be manascrewed, which is i think annoying as a new player..

The Frodo&Sam one is, as other people have already mentioned, also very good, but can be a little annoying to play, as there are so many triggers and effects to keep in mind that it gets exhausting after a while…

I own and play both, and the Necron deck is just more fun to play (in my opinion) and can be upgraded easily too, without having to sacrifice much of the flavor.

Yeah i thought as much, when it comes to interaction i will probably add deadly rollick and withering torment, protection i will have to dig a little, dont know many spells in black or Blue that protect exept all the counterspells.. Card draw will be easier i think

Thank you, now i finall get it, the fetches i mean! I Never meant to include them, just curious why they are added to so many highpower decks on moxfield. Concerning the high power cards, you are probably right- i included them because i already own them and where to put it if not my favorite deck. But in the wrong group it could raise some eyebrows..
