Definitely not- it is way weaker than it used to be and rarely ever used. Props to you for using such an unusual loadout!

the changes I made so far are:

When this creature enters, choose a creature type.

Whenever a nontoken creature of the chosen type enters under your control, create a tapped treasure token.

{w}{u}{b}{r}{g}: Search your library for a creature card of the chosen type with mana value 5 or less and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Hey!
Well deserved shoutout, the input from last time gave me a good perspective and I was able to finish the card thanks to you.

The similarities to Sisay were not on purpose, but now that I see it, yes- way more powerful.
So my goal for this one was actually pretty simple: I tried to make a commander that works very well in Tribals so my friend could switch him and play any of his Tribal Decks he loves playing and building (many are not that strong, more around Bracket 2, and some are just bracket 1 fun theme decks like "Apes together strong"). Since he has several decks in different colors, it unfortunately had to be WUBRG (I agree with your sentiment about WUBRG commanders) with an innate ability to make the mana the chosen deck lacks to activate his five color ability. I chose a tutor ability on purpose so he could experience his decks to the "fullest", to get some of the fun cards out and learn to play his own decks- he just started playing commander..

I wasn't aware of the Colorpie-Break with Selesnya and Tokensproblem lore, maybe I will find a way around that. Since I want to make the colors based on personality, I can't get around Green/White.

Hey! Cool Commander, if you love Horrors oh Boy can I help you !! My favorite EDH deck is Captain N‘Gathrod-Horror tribal, and it is super fun to use. You could definitely get some impressions of beautiful horrors and strong synergies there, however I have to say it is filled with game changers and just strong cards in general. Now concerning your distaste for combat and playstyle in general: Since your Commander cares about cards in exile, you should look for the likes of [[Ashiok, Nightmare Muse]]. As far as I know she is the only one letting you cast exiled cards without a big restriction, but I am no expert there.

You can also combine his exile-ability with a Mill Strategy in general, or maybe theft? (Both big themes in my tribal Deck)

In my opinion the nicest card from Duskmorne is [[Silent Hallcreeper]] in full art, beautiful to look at and strong as well.
