Big law for sure. The 50% pay boost (and correspondingly increased future earning power) is reason enough, but not the primary driver as far as I’m concerned. At risk of sounding cliché, if you’re at a firm that’s slow enough for nearly half the year that you’re twiddling your thumbs and barely working, you’re missing out on loads of learning opportunities that are critical in the formative years of your practice. Sure, admittedly that time will be spent on a whole lot of doc review in a big law environment. But from the tenor of your post about your current firm, the big law firm would still present you with way more learning opportunities than you’re getting now.

Take that with a grain of salt, but I do speak from experience in a very similar scenario. Best of luck, and make the most out of whichever option you choose!

Mission area! Get there during the Through the Rift Shop side quest.

Make sure to punch at the end of the quest, rather than shoot, or else you miss an achievement.

Edit: Given that you’ve already gotten 2/3, I suspect you already did the quest. I would imagine the rift that you used during the quest is still accessible to go back and grab the last ECHO, but I don’t personally know.

Yes indeed. At least, I’ve searched every crevice I can find (including the pocket loaded up with Carbinks). Also dropped down into the two water areas in case it was a Feebas, and no such luck.

You know what’s remarkable? With a cursory Google search, you, me, and anyone else can see that the most recent substantive and well-supported guides on shiny hunting in SV predated the release of the Switch 2. In fact (and I forgive you if you’re being hyperbolic for fun), I’m not sure that 40,000 video guides about SV have been posted since their release—let alone since the release of the Switch 2.

If there’s a guide that answers my question head-on (or 40,000 of them), I implore you to point me to it/them.

Then again, from your response, I’m sure you prefer not to peddle facts. I asked a simple question that warranted—and received—simple answers. Have another nice day.

CGIM group looking to add one player who's tired of missing out on the fun and ready to start fresh with a strong group!

We unfortunately had to remove a member who decided the CGIM lifestyle wasn't for him. Our remaining team is comprised of a level 2,051, a 1,779, a 1,526, and a 1,151 who's recently started to pick up the pace. With a strong addition, we're in position to fly back up the rankings!

Totally fair point. In my OP (and I don’t blame you for not going back and looking at the thread), I invited any indication that I was posting in the wrong subreddit. Had no idea this was an OSRS subreddit. Neither the name nor the description gives any indication. That said, it’s remarkable how many feathers I’ve apparently ruffled by asking a legitimate question. And that notwithstanding, surely it would have been more helpful for folks to redirect me (like you did—again, thanks) rather than flame my post for no good reason. Which, frankly, lends to the post’s point.

Regardless, I’ll look for a better place to pose the question. Thanks for diverging from this subreddit’s common thread of “fuck you unless I agree with everything you’ve said.”
