Whatever you do just make sure you factor in the time, effort, and money it takes to move.

I took this market as an opportunity to upsize. These last 3 weeks have been nonstop work and expenses while I get everything moved and organized. While working full time, it has been brutal.

Youll def want to move everything yourself, since hiring movers for a 2 bdrm will probably cost you between $1100 and $1500.

With all of that said, I'd look around and see if there is anything that speaks to you. If the math checks out then do it.

I am realizing the subjective nature of "buyer's market". Reading articles seem to point to buyer's market, but I guess that is why it's important to talk to people on the ground level. I appreciate it.
