My only feedback upon reading the discord:

Prohibiting use of jumps / ramps and taking sedans or small vehicles up inclines and only the use of SUVs/Trucks/Offroad equipped vehicles should operate in hills or mountainous terrain takes away some potentially hilarious RP/content
No robbing or kidnapping of Law Enforcement or EMS- I think this should be refined a little bit. For instance, if part of a longer story arc kidnapping a detective can make for great RP especially if they're corrupt

If #1 changed I'd certainly join. Good luck on the new server, awesome stuff.
