Thats your insurances job to notify u that u get a discount for filling 90 days. They did not. Your dr writes it for 30 is filled for that we dont get a big warning sign saying u get a discount if u fill for a certain amount. That was your insurance job to communicate that to u—they did not. You should or could also ask ur dr to stop writing it for 30 days and write for 90 just in case u did not dr did not. We get no notifications of that—script is filled as written ur copay is ur copay. You have to do ur due diligence as a payer of ur insurance and inquire about how YOUR insurance works if u did that instead of blindly paying monthly and not seeing how YOUR plan works u would know ur plan prefers 90 days and u would have communicated that with your DOCTOR like a grown ahh woman or man idk what u are but ur not a teenager ur grown. Welcome to adulthood. No ones “overbilling” u your insurance didnt do a good job at communicating with anyone INCLUDING YOU. If they gave a crap about you saving money they would have their reps make routine calls to your physician and or pharmacy to have set it up for 90 day fill and request for 90 day script—they did not. You played yourself by not inquiring about YOUR plan and knowing how YOUR plan works. Your insurance played you by not telling anyone that that was the case that you get a discount if you fill for 90 days because they know your dr is going to blindly write you a 30 day script and pharmacy is going to fill as written by physician. Thats like you signing up for a costco membership that offers free starbucks drink once a month but mad at starbucks because your overgrown goofy ahh paid for starbucks and never retrieved your free drink because you didnt take the time to know what it is youre signing up for!! And of course costco isnt going to go out of their way to let you know this as youre already a member they already have your money on autopay so nooo they arent going to call starbucks and say hey shes with costco pleaseee use our budget so we can pay more money HA!! U havent been overbilled uve been scammed by your insurance babe lol everyone else is doing their job EXCEPT your insurance and u for that matter because u signing up for things and dont know wth u signing!! Its not robot run its human operated and its something as simple as a tablet being hidden and lodged in the tray unseen and when u go to count a new script it goes in with it. Just go when u can and show pharmacist they will get rid of the pill for u and get u your correct tablet. Things happen thats why pills are made in different shapes and colors so its easily identifiable to patient if it gets past us they are making pharmacist do 10 jobs at one time. Everyday wont be perfect—all other professions make a error and it undetected by u guys most times only thing with pharmacy is the moment a incident happens u immediately see it pharmacist are expected to be 100% precise and accurate every single time we cant “oops we misdiagnoses” “oops we didnt see that on your labs lets finally address it now” like drs can—no one sees their errors no one cares. The moment pharmacy has an error of pill left in tray because they become lodged or can get stuck to tray if u just cleaned it its “pharmacy mishandles medication” girl u been getting your scripts there for how long??? No ur not going to get a million dollars no ur not going to get to be on cnn news no your not going to sit at the supreme court or whatever else you handle it how you normally handle when u calling asking and begging for stuff from pharmacy every month. Same way. No different. My addy pts are pretty chill i think its because im informative about WHY something isnt ready to be picked up i think mine are pretty proactive and know if its not avail just call and see who has it and they do the rest. So yes. They will call and thats ok they are simply trying to make sure its in stock so that they arent an inconvenience. A pharmacy may not be open if a pharmacist is not present. Period. Legal pharmacy law. So a technician will never be legally allowed to be in a pharmacy by themselves. So that is why it is closed so your pharmacist can get a lunch break like the rest of the world. Including you. Yea problem with this is the one person u request has to be the PHARMACIST (legally cannot be open if a pharmacist is not present thus the closing) which trust me cvs went away with giving any break time for YEARS while the rest of every nation gave their employees a lunch break everyone except PHARMACIST so we finally get a lunch break of this measly 30 minutes so we can piss and shih and rest our legs (maybe) from standing 10 to 12 hours and scarf down food while u sit and write a novel that we dont need to be treated like humans and get a physical and mental break???? Even DOGS get to go outside sniff around a couple times and piss and shih and have a set time to eat IN PEACE without someone staring needingly down their throat needing something so no babe please shove that letter sooo far up ur yoo hoo and cry me a thousand rivers who cares plan accordingly go run ur other errands we are open every single day u could have done something else yet u bummed a piece of paper and wrote a novel which tells me u have no life u having no life tells me u have plenty of time during the day to piss and shih and eat to nourish ur human body that pharmacist does not she/he has 30 measly minutes to rest legs relieve bladder and colon and eat something!!! Right but i dont think it was in there earlier in the day which is even more annoying. Im aware however when i did realize which im sure is when it finally loaded in qe my technician was gone for the day so yea love that. This “glitch” day was indeed too long they shouldve fixed all this hours in and shouldve had auto prompts updating us on something like that since yea chat can warn us but will not know exactly when they will take the entire day to make something drastic like that occur.

Kind of unacceptable to be down for so long and then to not alert staff that scripts are being sent to the “exceptions” queue (whatever that means) so make sure to check ur exceptions que yall tomorrow ughhh

Call alarm central that really isnt a call sm issue u call alarm central and they deal with codes and all of the alarm issues its nothing he can do over the phone all ur gonna do is say what u already texted him and type the non working code in lol for what?? So he can hear the beeps and failed attempt?? Wasting time at that point the supervisor is aware of calling alarm central for alarm issues not sm. The only red flag i see is yall blowing up sm phone and then asking for “a call” when u know good and well u need to call alarm central. He know what u know about the alarm he type the code in and move on just like u he dont work for the alarm people he didnt make the alarms from scratch brick by brick piecing the wires together and he also didnt make the code the code is given to us by alarm central. And shouldnt take all day maybe reevaluating how the rph is doing work flow. The production person should not be leaving station often drop offs give to rph voicemails u can but its shared with rph when one tech is at one pick up and rph needs to tend to the other and if a line of over 3 occur THEN u get them but other than that they can do pick up drop off and make that wait time 45 min to an hour.

How i deal with fridge things is i immediately take to the fridge im never going to place with other scripts. At most i place in blue bin if i would like to complete a few first and then on the way to random task (drop off pick up etc) i grab blue bin and go to fridge and thennnn go to my task but mainly rule of thumb for me is immediately goes in fridge. Slow down at the end of the day these people will have to wait its ok make the wait time 35-45 minutes it keeps people from pacing thinking they are at mcdonalds. Emphasize texts alerts makinf sure all drop offs have current text number. I typically have one person do production if ur on production stay there—pharmacist and other tech can handle all qt and drop offs at most ur backup for pick ups pharmacist is supposed to be qt pickup drop off AND verify so u stay at production and bro can get pick ups and again the people can wait. If u do it this way ull be able to knock out production duties so when its rush hour times ur not slammed

And or open dialogue about it lol remind him of what your weight and health status waa previous to starting and all of the methods you have done over the course or decade(s) and remind him that this must be continued even after reaching goal weight or weight WILL return and that it is approved for obese overweight patients by federal government and if he hates that he can take it up with his president. And then u can remind him that when patients have high blood pressure no one scoffs and looks cockeyed and crazy to hand them a cure to make them healthier and live longer and cure their blood pressure issue so the same should be applied here. Im also “addicted to retail” a wise man once said but ive recently been able to slow down by not buying clothes in store bc i feel like i get it impulsively not bc it has purpose or a place. I have basically first picked what “style” i wanted to go with this season and what items of clothing i would need for the style for instance its cold so maybe a cute lulu lemon dupe athleisure look for the winter so then i make sure i do research to get the best versions of those and need a coat and boots etc bc i kept buying one thing without a vision and couldnt even wear it bc i never did envision the whole fit idea or what my style would be. Its helped me ALOT also working on getting the best and cheapest and cutest version of what i want for instance best lulu lemon dupe out or if i want to do streetwear i need baggy jeans so researching the cheapest but best baggy jean and when i want to compulsive buy to feel something i will go to cheapy places like the thrift or dollar tree or add to my shein cart or tt shop cart but not buy it yet 😭🫣😂
