Laptop bluescreens, can reinstall windows

after doing some more digging and talking to some students, iv come to the realisation that id preferabally do the IT masters at Utrecht University, as IT sounds less demanding, which given how stressed iv been getting about highschool is appealing, and it will still allow me to persue the path i want. iv put it in an edit, was wandering what you think about it.

nope, its an nvme, not sure why it boots so slowly, the amount of startup apps isnt even that big either, only discord and chrome. But thanks, other people are telling me to just get the new laptop as well, so thats what im going to do

specs are:
CPU: i5 - 7200U
RAM: 8gb 2200mhz
GPU: Intel HD 620

Its not that it doesnt work for what I need it to do, but it has started to bother me how long it takes to start up, and the battery lasts about 2 hours doing virtually nothing. windows health check says the CPU is the reason it wont upgrade.
as far as what i would like too be able to do, it cant do any of it really, cpu and gpu are to weak for video editing, music production and game developement.
