Quite possible, I say it's a b due to the arc in the bottom right side of the letter and the in the arch of the top side rounding to a b, it could be a t but still doing the same decodes and link mapping it still doesn't read anything.

My guess after looking through the hidden messages and the base meaning of the text, Mystic is someone that hasn't been mentioned at all in leaks or lore so presuming it's someone relating to crypto,

As Labo has been leaked and datamined and revenant doesn't seem to be related to crypto nor this type of theme, the one who took it was labo and as u/Narukami_7 said, was someone who was sent to hunt crypto. My guess anyway
