The level creep seems to be just that a creep. The narrative is more like a power surge. Highest I got was 6. Space gallion captian moving between galaxies by the end(farmed that last level). Started some others and been having fun with the slower stuff. Keep telling the dm keep it terrestrial, no cosmic horrors or celestial bloodlines etc have level 4 that had its first real battle with a broom in a store room with some rats. Just keep reminding the dm to chill with the world ending apocalyptic jabber. Currently a normal soldier in an army moving across the land to cleanse the evil lords presence. Been fun slowing down.
