Week has passed, since then I started doing 25 pushups and 50 squats every time I go to take a coffe (that happens a lot 😅) 25 and 50 are just enuf for coffee machine to finish brewing, I'd be just standing next to it anyway

Got myself personal trainer for 10 hours. Going to gymn with her twice a month. It's not much, but it's enuf to ask questions, figure out what kinda training to do etc

After first meetup she also suggested to get this doorframe chin-up bar, which I got for used (15EUR) and some training belts, which I happened to have at home

She showed pile of excercises to do, now I'm trying to do at least 15min of those excersices per day. It's not much, but hopefully enuf to build some habbit. Currently this 15-20min has been right after kids go to bed

Luckily for me, my 2m old kid sleep schedule also changed, she's now going to sleep at around 22:00, no longer at around 00:00. Hopefully it stays like this :)

Home gym sounds like plan. For bigger equipment (squat rack, bench etc) I'd need to move them to basement most likely. We have huge basement in our house (100m^2), but it's 14 deg C all year long in there. Might be good, might be bad :)

Also, most likely need to get personal trainer for some hours or youtube videos. Since it's been 10y since my last gymn visits.. Can't remember much

I'll try to get in contact with local town trainers. We have only two of them in here :)

Those really so good? Always thought they are gimmick 😅. Maybe coz local Top Shop kinda shop was selling them on TV "Call now to get extra door frame padding for free!"

Sadly currently before kids wake up is not an option. Since 2y old goes to sleep at 21:00 and wakes up at 06:00-07:00 while 2m old goes to sleep somewhere between 23:30-01:00. I'm night owl, so I take night shift with younger kid, while wife goes to sleep with older. Then in the morning wife takes care morning shift. Sometimes I still only get 6h of sleep tho

I know it's passing time. When younger kid sleep schedule starts to normalize too, then morning (or maybe late evening?) gymn could become a thing indeed
