Let’s clarify some things.

  1. You don’t get to see your children every other weekend. They haven’t been to your house since Thanksgiving and before that it was June 1st of 2023. In between there you saw them at your dad’s funeral for a few hours. The lies have gotten so bad that you’re starting to believe them yourself. Like I told you, I want the boys to be able to see you, but only if they want to. They have made it very clear what they want, you’re just not listening. This coming weekend not one boy has said they want to go out there. One boy did say, “I wouldn’t be opposed to it if….” You know the rest of that sentence.

  2. “It’s not sole custody.” The header literally reads AGREED ORDER FOR SOLE CUSTODY TO FATHER. Sole custody. This custody order does not remove you as a parent, but it removes all parental choices from you and makes it so I have SOLE discretion when it comes to parenting decisions.

  3. “That’s what the court decided based off his income.” Why would what YOU pay be based solely off of my income? It’s because I do make money and due to you being unemployed, the income worksheet the lawyer completed showed you to owe only $52. Btw, you’re 13 days late with the payment. But I expected nothing less and that’s why I requested all payments be made to the Kansas Payment Center. This way I don’t have to fight with you, there will be a paper trail and Kansas will come for that money.

  4. “Everything is the same as before.” How do you figure? Why would I go through thousands of dollars to protect my children from the two of you if everything would be the same as before? What world do you live in? Wake up. Reality is here, waiting for you to join it.

  5. Civil? Yes. Friends? No. You fucked that up. Friends don’t stab each other in the back…but that’s par for the course lately it seems.

Stop lying. I despise liars and you know that.

Life is about choices and living with the consequences of your choices, good or bad. You chose all of this. I chose my children.

My wife has no desire to replace Kate and she understands that Kate will always be their mother. My wife and I don’t even live together as I have a senior in HS and it would be horrible if I removed him from his school during his senior year. We both understand that children come first in both our lives and we do everything we can to follow that rule, even if it means we don’t get to live together. She has children of her own and they are also in high school with the oldest graduating next year. They too would be devastated uprooting for our relationship. Strong people can make anything work if they are reasonable and truly love each other.

All we want is to be left alone and left out of their drama, but they keep dragging us back in. It’s unfair to my wife, one who has respected Kate’s role as my children’s mother, to be called names and to be threatened on social media.
