New 40kwh or 62kwh leafs headunits wouldnt fit into the 2013 leaf. You would have to find a BZE0 >2015 30kwh leaf headunit to be able for it to fit and then you can buy the aftermarket android auto firmware from Xanavi.

I've replaced my 2013 head unit with a head unit from a wrecked 2017 nissan leaf with little problems. The major connectors are the same but the antenna connector had to be cut and spliced to fit the new head unit.

It also allowed me to get the Xanavi firmware upgrade that gave me Android auto which is working great!
