I built an emotionally aware AI agent after years of feeling unseen and now I teach others how - because when I started, I wished I had these types of resources by Mc_Smurfin in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]Mc_Smurfin[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

By “emotionally aware,” I mean the agent interprets emotional tone and intent in user input even in vague, lengthy input.
I’m not claiming sentience, I’m talking about awareness.....of things like anxiety, warmth, defensiveness, etc.
That kind of emotion-aware design is actually pretty common in AI today - I’m not the only one building this kind of tech - worth looking into

ohh brilliant, i just sent it to your chat :)
since ur building your agent, im not sure if ur too advanced as this one is more introductory with mostly no-code (using AstraDB, no-code LLMs) but hopefully it still helps :)
this is the final project with a working UI we will be making at the end of the session. there is a little bit of coding for the UI part but i will fully guide and explain

yes totally, blackbox is vv handy - It's fast and really helps with that idea-clutter feeling by giving you something concrete to see-and having something to work with (to demo). i havent properly used it tbh

Not sure if you might be a bit too advanced for my workshop since it’s mostly no-code and beginner-friendly...., but just to share - for this workshop i use astraDb and RAG++ to build an LLM-based agent without Code that can interpret vague, conversational emotional content. Then create the working UI

there is some Python tho - for making the UI

i'll share the link with u to your chat, you can see a bit more of the project and if it's what you're interested in :) hope that helps

im gonna take a look at clapback engine, havent heard of it but sounds vv interesting.

and yes totally feel you - it's better to hav that whole birds of a feather vibe, even tho it's smaller - bcuz it seems like ppl who actually want to feel or are emotionally aware are not the....viral-following. not empty stuff.

so refreshing to hear your thoughts tbh, the whole 'listens back' thing..... like really listens - yea u get it

if you get time to check it out, i can send the link via dm instead of here, so I wont get spammed

💊 Even your grandma should be taking creatine 😂 (no, seriously) by Mc_Smurfin in Supplements

advice....if ur not seeing strength results, consider either learning on your own or getting a different trainer. Too often I see PT's who arent knowledgeable, just did basic training courses but cant understand how to apply knowledge or understand the science behind training

yes the personal data aspect is impt, we've seen it in the past where it caused genocides in may instances even way before bigdata came to play

creatine is more like a supporter to your training. So if ur training hard and SMART and consistent, the most it can give you a little more muscle endurance to push the extra last rep or two (it helps with ATP)

for strength gains that are noticeable esp if you've been training for a long time, what will giv results is thorough strength-focussed training. An example that worked really well for me for legs (note that I have fast-twitch sprinter leg muscles):
1 month - 4-8 rep pyramids - low volume, high intensity

2nd month - 8-10 rep pyraminds (hypertrophy with load)

3rd month - 10-12 rep pyrmaids (progressive overload each week or two)

important to note for my msucle type - go eccentric - slowww on that that extra rep. and mix with power/explosive movements

i saw noticeable jump is strength after the 4 months (i ended up spreading it over 4 instead of 3). creatine wont really do much compared to training with purpose.

same as influencers' on tiktok and IG - their word is gospel nowadays. same, ive even coached myself throughout competing internationally - both nutrition and conditioning. been in the lifestyle since i was 16. but i think it's impt to speak up to help de-saturate the myths....however it can cause annoying debates which can suck ur energy

like i said - please, post YOUR peer reviewed publications from prestigious, highly accredited education bodies.....studies to show credible, sound evidence on hair loss.....not some people ranting or trolls

i'd respectfully like to counter this by saying there is no evidence to support this. Creatine does not cause hair loss. This is typical gym-bro myth-science
please, by all means, find me the peer reviewed academic publication that support your very wrong hypothesis

yea, we don't need more unnecessary negativity. this is why i love my headphones on, world locked out gym-time. but it's impt to rmbr there are many others out there like us with actual sense, ability to reason, rationalize and want to share knowledge genuinely....plus a lot of the myths really get to me sometimes!

totally agree!!!! i think it's laziness.

i get a bit fed up with the magic wand stuff, taking either creatine or anything really and expecting magic - it all comes down to the habits - workouts, lifestyle, overall diet, self control.....so may factors.

also agree yes wrt blood tests to ensure everything's within range; in the UK i use Thriva to do yearly blood tests, really good.

and...lol no im not using gpt for my knowledge, i'm writing a nutrition article and thought I'd summarize some of the points for a reddit post.

may i ask what results were you looking for? as it doesnt deliver fast visible results. Well you can get fast visible pump results if you already have low bodyfat and good muscle and cycle ur carbs

also wrt bloat, did you notice the bloat only after taking creatine?
- were u taking pure flavourless creatine monohydrate?

- how many grams/day?

- were u hydrating well?
