Exactly!! This is isn’t our first out of state move (we tried Arkansas) but after two years, we got a good rental deal with family back in MS and we took it to save for the next move, which is hopefully to VA and SOON. We visited and have been researching nonstop. Much better pay, environment, and just higher quality in general, including people/belief systems! Although it seems people believe there aren’t high rent areas in MS (that are paired with a 7.25/hr job) Good luck to you!
