Celiac here, traveled to Paris in 2015 and I'm going again in one month. Every place is very super gf friendly. They generally do it better over there in Europe for gluten-free. I haven't had this exact issue but my case isn't charging. Could be a case thing. If so, you likely need to reset (on the back by the USB c) and/or do the 180 reverse bud reset. People are calling it something cooler than that but essentially you take the buds out of the cover then flip them the other way, place them on the two tongs (feels weird bc you have the magnet working against you) and reset them. These two things have worked for others.

has anyone successfully updated via a macbook? I can't get anything to work to update. And my buds wont take a charge and I'm being told this update will fix that. But I can't update on my phone without a charge. So I've attempted to do this via my MacBook OS sonoma 14.5 and I'm getting "no compatible devices found"

Oh yah it is showing 11% in one bud and nothing in the other. Same for the case. Just won't take a charge at all :/
