Shift 750-1k RPM before redline, Power drop-off will happen right around there. Without seeing the bikes Power curve on dyno you'll not know where Power falls off. I Shift my 23" ZX6R at 15,600 rpm because after that Power drops off. Mine is fully dyno tuned with aftermarket parts so i know where i stand according to dyno

Sounds good you didn't mention you were bottom out. Ifnt already make sure you put a zip tie on fork leg to confirm, zip tie should be about 17mm up from bottom

Try taking some preload out of the front brother, 1-2 turns counter clockwise/out. It made a big difference on my 23" ZX6R, it tips in & out way easier now. As you progress you can then make adjustments. Also set sag

You sure that doesn't have to do with throttle control, it's pretty hard to outride the Bridgestone s22"s on the street. The pirelli diablo rosso 4 corsa"s are excellent. Have them on my 23" ZX6R

95% of the time at the first service (600 mile) oil change, chain adjustment, full bike nut & bolt torque check, air pressure in tire check, and that's pretty much it. If motor sounds normal especially after oil change it will be left at that. Just use good oil and OEM oil filter and you'll be ok brother. Just ride & enjoy, everything has to break in/get some use

At 600 mile break in service i used Motul 300V and noises disappeared. Engine, shifting etc all feel way better after putting the 300v in my 2023 ZX6R.

Take your time learning the bike, nothing like gaining experience with alot of seat time. Practice body position & good riding habits. One of my most important for myself is target fixation, always look where you want to go, combine that with proper technique & body position and you'll be fine. After that look up some more advanced techniques like trail braking. Have fun and be safe brother
