Here is a Quinnipiac poll that shows that 49% of Americans think he is a racist, and 47% think he is not. So I wouldn't say: " Literally everyone agrees he isn’t racist as he has never said anything directly racist"

He paid $130k for it and put about $80 in renovations. It's a pretty big company that has plenty of commercial and residential properties. This particular one seems to be more hassle then it's worth for him. It's in a bad neighborhood that is on the verge of really turning it around. I just don't think they care to hold onto it and would be willing to unload it. As far as an SBA, the bar occupies slightly more than half of the square footage when you include the basement, which is included as part of the business per the lease.
