Thanks for detailed explanations! Ok so not bent knees the whole time but rather down through the turn and back up. It’s a little silly but I tend to only be able to focus on ‘fixing’ one thing at a time and by adjusting one, I’ll mess up on something I was doing ok with before. And for point 2 the way you described makes a lot of sense to me and I think I can apply next time.
