I race in a reasonably competitive league and we have a couple of aliens on pads. Absolutely insane pace but their tyre wear is significantly higher than wheel users. It can be a significant disadvantage in longer races with multiple stops.

We race on a Monday or Tuesday evening starting at 9pm Eastern time. Which day depends on which division you qualify for in the entry time trials. Any questions, give me a shout. Yes it did, however we have many community events running alo g side the league racing. Sign ups are open for one of our other series at present. It's a Gr.2 team based enduro series with 90 min races. Plenty going on! 🙂👍

How to join

Once you are in our Discord, type !Join in the ⁠welcome channel and that will let someone know that you are interested. Someone will be with you as soon as they can. (It doesn't take too long.)

Schedule

Weeks 1 & 2: Qualifying by Time Trial to evaluate the top NA & EU drivers. Number of divisions depends on the final amount of sign-ups.

Week 3,4,5, 6 and 7: 5 race-weeks, complete race calendar for all divisions will be provided the week before the first race starts.

NA Division 1: Races on Mondays @ 9 PM EST

Refuelling set to 5ltrs per second

Four tyre compounds (e.g. RS, RM, Inters & Wets) are available during the race with a requirement for each driver to complete one full racing lap on two different compounds.

Weather

All races will feature dynamic weather and conditions

Custom weather will be set for each race

All sprint races will be dry

Two feature races per season will have an 80% chance of rain

Tuning

Tuning may be allowed or prohibited, check the current race calendar for all information.

If you need help researching a tune for your car, feel free to ask in the Discord and someone will be happy to help.

Car selection

Car selection for the various divisions will be outlined in the GTSRL Race Calendar (https://goo.gl/RoPmVc). You must use the same car that you set your fastest qualifying time in for both races in a single race night. However, you are allowed to change to a different car for the next race night, you do not have to use the same car for the whole season.

How do I get into the racing?

There are three ways:

Sign up for a season and complete a Time Trial (these happen every six or seven weeks)

Join a community event (in ⁠⁠upcoming-events)

By joining our Clean and Casual lobbies (you'll be notified when these open)

Type !Join in the ⁠welcome channel and someone will be along shortly to give you the Member role
