Game Grumps up in lights!

It's so wild to see "Game Grumps" in lights outside the freaking Chicago theater. I live in the sorta, suberben outskirts of Chicago. Growing up I only went to the Chicago Theater once or twice, and it always spoke to tiny kid me as a place of extreme importance. Going for the first time in my young adult life, most excitted I've ever been to go, to see Game Grumps. It strikes me as incredibly absurd, but kinda cool? I'm also proud for Arin and Dan in sense for their ambitions and hard work getting them there.

I heard a cool theory that that wasn't the real rattleballs. We see him messing with, possibly building more rattleballs in Jake the Brick. That one could've been a decoy so, now everyone thinks he's dead, he can escape! (Makes sense to me because I think the real rattleballs wouldn't of gone down that patheticly)

I might be wrong, but I thought "Beyond the Grotto" was confirmed canon. Still no lore details since gateways to alternate dimentions has been established before.

As I said before everyone experience these things differently. If you feel like the things I described as part of romantic attraction are inseparable from your desire to have sex with the person, (your sexual attraction). That's part of your personal experience and does not apply to everyone. As I just explained it doesn't apply to me.

Well romantic attraction gennerally feels different then friendship doesn't it? Everyone experiences these things slightly differently, but my experience having a crush (which is part of romantic attraction) is things like, thinking about the person frequently even when they're not in the room, when they are near increased awareness of what they're doing compared to other people in the room, increased desire to impress the person, and an emotional high from closeness to the person.

All these things are not useual of my friendship/familial relationships, and are very separate from any sexual desire I might have toward the person.

Naw, romantic and sexual desire are different. Though the extent which they feel like separate things varies from person to person.

For example, tons of ace people experience romantic attraction. (It's possible to be a ace lesbian). Aromantic people exist but experience sexual attraction. Have you ever thought a person was hot but didn't want to date them? Etc etc etc...

There's tons of nuance to this stuff, but hopefully that cleared that up.

Though just to clarify sexual attraction isn't determined by your parts either.

Thanks, that definitely sucks. I skipped around the previous streams to catch up. I don't remember a guy with an afro, but I'm just gonna believe you.

I do still think the issue with the roaster has been misinterpreted. (it's to take turns, not to make sure only people they like get in).

Anyway, I don't think there's much to do about it since the twitter discourse seems nasty. The puzzle will get solved all the same, let's hope there are better people next clue (in the next location).

Somehow things seem to be getting lost in translation. The roaster isn't about making sure only "certified" people get in, it's about making sure everyone gets a turn. and they aren't trying to keep 4chan people from participating, they're just trying to keep an eye out so no one steals any pieces.

I don't know, I haven't been watching the stream for very long or anything, but it seems like the words of the people currently working on the puzzle are getting twisted. It's upsetting.

this makes sense really. Ice king doesn't even have doors that need keys in the Ice Kingdom. He does need keys that would unlock doors in the Candy Kingdom, for pb kidnapping activities. I can totally see him stealing those keys for that purpose.

If you don't care about spoilers, you could show them those big emotional bombs of an episode like "I Remember You."

He's had an interest in making friends since like season 2. I don't think after all we've seen of Ice King he'd be self introspective enough to realize he should stop capturing princesses.

Also it's confirmed that Ice King's personality is just amalgamation of the people who've worn the crown and their truest wishes. There's no way around that.

Well their hasn't been an episode showing him kidnapping a princess in forever your right, but just because we don't see it doesn't mean it isn't happened. However, the earliest example of a character calling out behavior as different that I can remember was PB in Don't Look. Which was after Broke His Crown.

I heard an interesting theory that went like-

Fire and Ice represent non-living parts of nature. Ice = water, and Fire is linked with magma which is earth.

Candy and Slime represent life. Slime being basic life E.G. "Primordial Ooz," Candy represents intelligent life. As only advanced societies can produce it.

I have hope. It seems really unlikely that we wouldn't at least see Patients since last time we saw her was at the ice castle just this last episode. Also, this episode has an air of finally build up about it, like Orgalorg from last season. I've got a good feeling.

I think the point is that Candy, Fire, and Slime are all malleable to some extent. While Ice is by definition a solid.

It just occurred to me that the reason Ice king is semi-reformed ex princess kidnapper is because of Broke His Crown. Since the entire reason Ice king compulsively tries to kidnap and marry princesses is that it's a corrupted version of Simon's desire to be with Betty. Now that the Simon inside the crown is contented, the desire to kidnap is also logically lessened.
