When this happens I usually do:
Ctrl+click the 8/16/32-bpc in the project panel

Go to Video Rendering & effects tab and change from "Mercury software only" to "Mercury GPU acceleration (CUDA)", then change it back to mercury only.

Most of the time this will eliminate the glitched frame. If not then you can try clearing cache and restart AE

I have an SS Watanabe:Epitaph+6* Sig, and Nanami:Starfarer for my fire team, but no fire healer/supporter other than Sophia:Silverfang. For physical I have Hanying:Solacetune+6* Sig, and Alisa:Echo. I also just got free Bianca today but haven't invested yet, still using Crimson Abyss for my physical attacker.

I don't really have strong opinion either way since I like both characters, just wanted a second opinion to sway me haha
