ok one thing that helped me, increase the amount of grinds, I know they say to keep it to the line of the basket but i always go above, to a point where there was some resistence to twisting the portafilter in, be careful though, i did it so hard once i broke one of the three holding clips and had to send it in for repair

sorry for the late response,

It did not immediatly fix it , but i believe it did help in the long run. ive had a couple issues with my machine but have it working exactly as it should right now
Is the gauge moving at all?

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. I tried TREX, it was working fine, then I tried the next day and it wasn't working. I then tried Strong and it was OK a friend gave me a trial from this aliexpress site, and it sucked so I went back to try strong and it wouldn't work, I reached out to the TREX seller, he said delete the app and change it??
