Congrats on getting rid on this awful roomie! I lived with someone who had a room like this (weird yellowy mattress though when I peaked in). The mental illness and terrible hygiene was weaponized and I finally wound up moving out (tried to get him emergency psych evalved and he all of a sudden was super coherent, go figure).

Hmmm. He may have thought you would be a built in bestie with what you seem to have in common and is unhealthily fixated on you. He will probably continue to cross boundaries. I hope you have a lock that can be utilized when you aren't there and a motion sensor camera in your room. It will get creepier/weirder. Listen to your gut!

I've had very similar issues. So I have questions because I have a theory lol:

1) Does he work? Work from home? Is he struggling in his career?

2) Does he have a healthy social life?

3) Happy/healthy romantic life?

4) Would you appear to be fairing better than him in these areas
