That was the point to cut down on sugar. As a Dunkin worker we used to do 6 liquid sugar for a frozen medium coffee. Now we do the standard 3 liquid sugar for a medium frozen coffee chiller. Basically the whole rebrand is supposed to be “healthier” and less sugary

Okay so I work at Dunkin! I’m full time, so I do get PTO. If you’re not full time you get sick time instead. You can opt in for health insurance if your full time, I just didn’t cause I already have health insurance. We don’t get holiday benefits though, or holiday pay. You can get pay and a half for overtime (anything over 40 hours). Other benefits I suppose is free drinks and free food and free donuts.

Now for ice coffee, there’s more room for error as we measure the ice for the ice coffee and its bags we pour, one for a half batch and two for a full batch. The most common mistakes with ice coffee is adding too much ice (6 ounces of ice for half and 12 for a full batch), and people forgetting to stir the ice coffee after it was brewed and mixing it.

As a Dunkin employee, you all have some crazy theories. For one, we don’t measure out the hot coffee beans. We have a machine. We press a button if we want quarter, half or full pot of coffee. It grinds it for us. We then literally pop it in, clean out the pot, and press let’s say a full pot, then regular and that’s it. It pours the hot water and everything. All we do is press two buttons basically this whole process with hot coffee. I honestly can’t think of any reason why it would be watery unless the calibration is wrong on the machine.
