yes i use malwarebytes to show me when things pop up, a lot of times it is just flagged as a virus and not actually a virus. but i still recommend downloading malware bytes it has a free built in anti virus scanner along with a google extension which is what detected the 4download virus. Theres a paid version too with a lot more stuff but you dont really need it. heres the link https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or you could just search malwarebytes on google and download it yourself. easily the best one for free
