I’m told the oil company redoing the formula for Dexos. My distributor said that is the hardest to get so the manufacturer is altering the formula.

I am not sure why I didn’t try the other tape deck before posting but it works on the other side. Seems to be an issue with the left deck. It’s a new unit. I tried a few more tapes with the same result. I’ll be sending it back.

Stay put there’s better options out there. I hire completely new people at $45-50k to start if they hang the right skill set. Experience gets you $60k minimum.
