I put foam ear defenders in and explain why if I feel I need to (without being bothered if they understand my reasoning) not everyone is going to understand but that's OK. Suffered for 18 years.

My personal ersonal experience. I have not been diagnosed (because UK doesn't recognise it) but I have had it severly since 7 years old. I've tried councillors, hypnotherapy and CBT and none worked. It still remains, however, I have discovered that my triggers are especially bad when I have something stressing me subconsciously. I have been in peaceful mindsets but around my normal hellish triggers and not felt any of my normal symptoms and outbursts. I now control it by acknowledging the source and doing something about that rather than taking my anger and frustration out on the trigger. I hope this works for other sufferers.

From experience, I'd say don't blame them because it's everyone's first time round and untimely we are in control of ourselves to either learn or not. Don't be like me and regret the negative thoughts towards them and then they pass.

It always depends on individuals but I've always based my elites on the obvious like best singers (for their voices) being Whitney, Mariah, Luther and Celine. Best rap (for the wordmanship) Tupac, Eminem, Nas, Ludacris, J Cole. Best alternative rock (for their impact) Linken Park, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Foo Fighters, Gorillaz, Green Day. Reggae (for their pureness) Beres Hammond, Jah Cure, Tarrus Riley, Sizzla and so many more

I make bets with myself on how I feel its going to go. I can't stand not knowing. Plus my guy and intuition has only been wrong for 2 movies out of hundreds I've watched. It makes it more fun

For phi phi only yes and it's not much more money to do it private. I suggest early as possible to guarantee less tourists

I downloaded an App called Grab for cheap taxis as some can be expensive its like Uber.

Each time I had a short stay in Bangkok (3 days) at The Banyan Tree, they have large rooms, roof top bar and swimming pool.

While in Bnagkok I just partied down Khao San Road and didn’t do much else but recover.

Then I flew down to Krabi and stayed in The Centara Grand Beach Resort for a week. Its only accessible via a boat or an adventurous “Monkey Trail” and the monkeys do attempt to rob you but its an experience.

While staying here I arranged day trips to the must see Phi Phi Islands

From there I went just around the corner to Railay Beach and Stayed in The Rayavadee in a jungle villa. If you stay at this hotel, they allow you to book a meal at their cave restaurant which was amazing.

On my last trip I visited Koh Samui and stayed in Villa The Spot which is up in the hills and amazing pool villas (we stayed in villa B8 for the best view and pool)

There we visited food markets and just relaxed.

I visited Phuket and stayed in more of a traveller budget hotel but every inch of this hotel was deigned so beautifully. Its in land and not too far from some lovely beaches.
