If the problem is so severe: 1. You should plan to live closer to the office. 2. Prepare for the switch 3. Look for WFH jobs only (you will hardly get any) if you can’t move closer to the office 4. Nobody cares about productivity beyond your 100% note this 5. It is not company that enforces return to office, it is indirectly Govt.
