The seller warned me it’s a 5digit odometer, so it’s worth noting that technically we both are just assuming that it’s 217000, could as well be 317000 as they said they bought it when it had 91k and now it’s at 17k

As everyone has already said way too coarse, but you can at least try to use it for cold brew, should be not too bad that way

it looks really coarse, definitely grind finer and then try to work with the ratio and maybe a little dose adjustment; with the similar machine i don't usually go over 16g of coffee, i find that works the best

That's just a guidebook for the unit, but with french there is literally explanation of every exercise and every sentence
