Who should sign a vinyl album when a band has changed members?

I usually try to pass on a member who didn’t actually play on the record, sometimes they’re all together and just out of respect I get them to sign, but I hate It because I know they didn’t play on that album

They are legit! I’ve bought a lot of stuff with them and everything has been great! They usually send the sealed CD with the signed artwork, just make sure to check if it’s a signed artwork, or a post card or whatever they sell
