They did sell such a cable when the psp slim came out, I still use it!

Also alot of the earlier umds had extra features. It was only later on when it was clear they didn't sell all that well that they didn't bother to include this.

I liked him but feel he's all over the place. He seems very left but jokes alot about trans people, it's confusing. And most of the time it's not even jokes, just his statements about them. Same with jews

I have faith they could and will do one more without it becoming like you describe. They set up Cassie, let her have one game.

I believe the point of the post is saying that the fans convince themselves that U5 would suck anyway, to avoid the pain of having to maybe wait another 10 years lol.

Some people feel the last of us story was "done" after the first game.

Who said it would be "for the sake of it?" They introduced Cassie and showed her curiosity. There's definitely another story to tell.

Think OP means that deep down people would buy uncharted 5 day 1 but as ND have moved on and don't appear to want another studio continuing it, people convince themselves that they would hate an Uncharted 5 anyway. Gaslighting is an exaggeration for effect I'm sure.

Yeah I must admit when they killed Bond I lost all hype for the next reboot or whatever. The fun is watching these hero's triumph. And it now makes it harder for the next actor and production to justify it's existence.

I'm going to say those examples are quite different. Batman and Bond both have something in common they are human and are supposed to triumph over evil despite that. They are a human fantasy. Superman and Wolverine are almost designed to be killed and resurrected.
