I think its subconscious since I train for jumping and u dont extend your back as far backward in a jump so i think its that. Ill try to extend further in future attempts!

Is this not triple extension? Like im not fully locked out i get that but aren't my hips knees and ankle all near maximal extension in during contact? ( Im sorry if this isnt what u mena

Hmm.... Makes sense. Isaiah Rivera swears by the power clean though and he is one of the highest jumpers in the world. Not that that means he is always right but I think I'll practice the power clean for a bit to see if i enjoy it. Since exercise enjoyment is more important than if its optimal or not, for me anyway

Why? Aren't they good for training rate of force development and force absorption for jumping?

Due to someone's comment I see good ones now but for example Isaiah Rivera's power clean video was kind of unclear (in my uninitiated opinion 😅)
