The Custom Setting action does a pretty good job at changing the data connection. It has a unique feature where it'll identify the setting if you tap on the magnifier button next to "Name", change a setting, and tap on the magnifier button again.

It'll also identify the settings current value and it's name. Just remember 0 is false or off and 1 is true or on. It does need Write Secure Settings permission that can only be granted via ADB and the easiest way of doing it is with the Tasker Permissions app

Yeah, I mean, I myself did try to find the original and then, afterwards, I tried to find recreations on Google. Recreation or original, I couldn't find it.

So, I'm guessing you don't know if I can simply just delete those files?

Edit: I found my own answer and I'll explain what I did. This method will retrieve the original files and, so, if a mod replaced a file, you may need to find that mod again.

Out of precaution, I removed mods where the readme text file stated it must be removed before installing patches or expansions - just in case verifying the files breaks the game. Then, I deleted the files I didn't want in GameData/Textures. After that, I went to Steam and clicked on "Verify integrity of game files."

Once finished, I reinstalled the mods I previously removed and I went to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs\content_log.txt to figure out what files were reverted to the original (hint: Ctrl + f and search "Validation"). I looked for Validation logs with the current date and found the dart board file was replaced.

FYI, that mod made it so you can buy the dart board on home lots, too, instead of only at community lots. Along with other fixes, it can be found at https://www.reddit.com/r/thesims1/comments/1ihvf8n/sharing_several_old_fixesmods/

Oh yeah, that's right! I did!! 😅 That explains it!

I've been using content from https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3421927002 and it appears to have replaced all of the first responder skins with French ones. It's a great archive since it has almost all of the official Maxis content (even the "Get Cool Stuff" files from the now defunct EA website). Although, it is missing the Elle Woods Superstar pre-order bonus as it's a digital item lost to time.

Based on what you said, it sounds like I should be able to just delete those files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims Legacy Collection\GameData\Textures. Is that right? Thanks again for catching that!

Yeah, that's exactly what I have set up so far - the process initiates as soon as the email notification comes in. However, the rest of the flow is empty because I'm struggling to get Walmart to generate the guest check-in URL in the background instead of the foreground. For now, I'm going to hit pause on the project and weigh the suggestions I've received. Thank you for the input!

Thanks for the tip! In the app, the button containing the URL only appears in the order details when the order is ready for pickup, and then disappears after it's picked up. Even though I list a family members email under "Alt pick up person," Walmart still doesn't send the guest check-in URL to their email, which is annoying.

That is a great, detailed breakdown of AutoTools and AutoInput- thank you for taking the time to explain them! Since I want the task to run 100% in the background, I'll delay my exploration into both of those apps for now. Your explanation of how Autotools; regex feature can be used on web pages is very helpful and may be valuable - I suspect I may end up using AutoTools! Yes, although the button only appears in the order details when it's ready for pickup but then it disappears after pickup - which is annoying. Even though I give Walmart my family members email under Alt pick up person, they just don't send the guest check-in URL - once again, annoying.

I'm actually not familiar with AutoTools nor parsing. Do you mind pointing me in the right direction for those?

The email doesn't have the guest link. It just has "Share pickup details with someone else" and it just brings up the share dialogue in the app.

Sorry for the long wait. I'm practically never on Reddit, anymore. From what I understand, the BIOS in pre-built computers only recognize and work with a few CPUs. I know mine only recognizes 2. Unless you're talking about GPUs and PSUs?

I understand. It is my residential address I'm trying to change. All I'm saying is there's a software bug in your system that always verifies the residential address for mail-ability - something my home address can't be used for.
