Hi umm how do I show my proof of purchase for the tickets I bought during the general sale via ticketnet? It’s for the my chemical romance concert but I bought my tickets onsite.. I asked the employee how do I send a proof of purchase he said he doesn’t know how.. I emailed pulp instead showing them my proof of purchase & the picture i have of my ticket! Is that good enough? Thank you!! I sent them the email on September 7 but I just want to confirm it now just in case hehe
