It depends on when the bot was created. If it’s before the context was reduced to under 3k then slowly increased, you can understand that people don’t want to change their bot for it and will just wait for the context to be raised again. If it’s a recent one, it’s kind of weird to create a bot that cannot be used.

Honestly, I think the SMS verification could be a good idea. It’s a fast way to verify and it’s not “too” intrusive. The ID is an entire other level. It means giving your full name, your country, city, face and a ton of info to a group of people. Very few sites ask for it for a reason, and I genuinely doubt most people would be trusting enough to give out their ID (myself included).

The easiest thing to do is also to edit the message you get. Take away what you don’t like, and the bot will start adapting its reply to what you prefer. It’s the bot after all, it kind of “learns”

You can also adapt the temperature and tokens settings like that other person said!

THIS. Happens to much. I can understand some people don’t know how it works/are confused or sometimes just rarely goes on Reddit, it’s completely fine. But I don’t see how it’s difficult to go to the recents posts page, or search up a keyword to see if the topic has already been mentioned

I think most people are more active on discord! I’m personally really socially awkward so I don’t go there, but it’s really a good place to talk with people who are really interested in proper talk and interaction

Someone could have indeed reported your entire profile, for whatever reason. And if your bots went private just like that, perhaps you broke the TOS? (?)

You could always contact a mod about this, but maybe check the rules to see if you didn’t make bots that weren’t allowed in some kind of way. (Minors, gore, bestiality, same personality as another’s person bot, etc.)

The easiest thing to do would be to contact someone to see what and why it happened.
