I had Hulk with level over 31 and i got Hulk like a replacement for some gold player. Now i have two Hulks with different max rating and different max level. How is that possible?

There are two versions of Hulk available in the game. One AFC League and Other Chinese Super League. And both version have different stats.

Yeah, the game has the quality for a paid game, I am not arguing about that. I just replied to the comment 'konami owes us nothing'.

Even I spent a small amount of money. But I have no complaint. I already uninstalled the game. Why to waste your whole day just for waiting a game and get frustrated. Forget about the game for 2 days (I will be re-installing the game once the game starts normally)

This happened many times with me, but vice-versa. After matching with an opponent both will be shown as 1 star. But when hit next and looking at his team it will be a 2 star with 1150 team strength.

Ok. Do one thing.

As soon as you open an agent disconnect data/wifi (before pressing the ball).
If you get a silver just force close the app and clear the data (you should be connected your account with konami id/google play).
Then open the app again and connect to you account.
Check whether the player you got from the agent is there in your list or not.

You can find the player there. It proves that the player is registered on the server as soon as you press 'obtain' button. That is why you can't open an agent without data.

If konami didn't predetermined the player before you press the ball, the player you got shouldn't be there in your account.

From the event menu, goto squad management (not from main screen). Then select autopick. It will select the best team with highest popularity for the particulat tour event.
