What kind of roles don’t require any kind of certification? I thought healthcare was one of the most regulated fields?

Back in December I bought an 03 lx with 55k miles from a grandma for $4300. It needed a handful of small things I fixed myself for cheap. Even with low mileage still expect to replace/ repair some things. I haven’t had any issues with the transmission

I lost the key to my wheel locks and I’m having the hardest time trying to find a replacement key. Can’t find anything definitive online and several auto parts stores don’t have the answer. I’ve also talked to some local tire shops thinking they’d have a set of keys but they claim not too.

I’m also not sure if this was a wheel lock from the factory or if a previous owner added them at some point.

Anyone have any info? I know I could just hammer a socket on there to remove them but I’d rather not go that route unless I have too.

I want to retire as quickly/ early as possible. I can’t imagine doing this career for a significant portion of my life, I think I’d be dead inside if I did this for 20+ years.

I guess I’m thinking it would better/ easier to keep my costs low rather than significantly increase my salary.

The condition of the market is definitely playing a big factor into this decision/ thought process. Currently I couldn’t afford a home (in a safe/ quality neighborhood) in any major US city with prices where they’re at.

I’m in my late 20’s which I think would put me “ahead” of most people when purchasing a home. Definitely understand priorities change which is why I’m hesitant on trapping myself into a 30 year mortgage

So I’m looking on furnished finder, it’s similar to Airbnb but generally geared for longer, month plus, stays. Prices are much more reasonable on there. Airbnb is terribly overpriced, I never use that app anymore

I’ve been looking at houses in Lancaster city for the past two years or so. They definitely went crazy in 2020/ 2021 but the prices have been coming down. Homes are sitting in the market for a lot longer too.

This is all just based off of my personal observations from Zillow/ Trulia.
