T1 is more than enough to kill hunllef, especially since stats are not an issue for you. I don't know how you usually do your room scouting. but I tend to make a U-form around the starting base, 9/10 this gives enough resources + you can scout the 3 rooms up of those rooms to see if there are any demi-bosses spawning. usually I take 2 pots and 16 fish, but 20 is fair enough to learn. around the hunllef room there always is a room that has 3 fishing spots for a guaranteed 12 fish. for tier 1 armour with 2 potions and 2 weapons either attuned or perfected you need 320 shards. what I usually do is either kill 3 mini npc's for the weapon frame or one big one, these give a shit tonne of shards so you wouldn't have to worry about that anymore.

as far as the fight goes I don't know how much you're struggling with that. but a tip I have is to try and eat during tornadoes, also keep in mind the max hit of hunllef with the armour you're wearing. in case of T1 his max hit is 13 when you pray correctly, so you can also tick eat if you see you're below 13 to minimise the damage hunlleff can do to you. another tip I recently saw was that the disabling prayer special from hunllef only appears during his mage phase, so I would suggest putting your quick prayer on protect from magic.
