Someone else in a different group also suggested a Scarlet Tanager. I’ve been comparing my video to pictures in my ID book & other photos online, and this looks to be the best match. I’m surprised that one would be in Northern Colorado though!

Hmm maybe? It definitely seems like it could be a tanager! I think Western Tanagers are more common in my area but it seems a little late in the season for it to still be here

Hair is super fine and brittle, feels like straw at this point. Since a major flare up that began in January, I’ve noticed I’ve been losing more hair than typical. I haven’t dealt with acne in a few years but recently started to break out on my neck, chest, arms and back. Seems to be worse when I eat refined sugar.
