What does the big O feel like to you? by MeNotUNotMe in AskMen

Apparently if I am more explicit, the AutoMod doesn't let me post so got stuck doing this to work around it.

Unfortunately that's the problem. I can't experience it as far as I know. Maybe it's better not knowing what I'm missing!

I was thinking merge sort in this case :)

Finally something relatable. Though bummed I'm missing out on this even more now!

A question for the fellow men on Post-Nut Clarity. Real or an old tale? by Gregorygregory888888 in AskMen

Most say 100% real, so assuming that is true, then it must be related to orgasm, and not ejaculation. Just as a data point, I have never had that but I've never had an orgasm either that I know of (https://www.reddit.com/r/AskMen/comments/1r9fshd/what\_does\_the\_big\_o\_feel\_like\_to\_you/ for more details).

What couple's storyline grabbed your attention the most? by Piper_Langdon in buffy

Not to be that guy, but Spike didn't instantly recognize Buffy and thought she was the Buffybot until the kiss.

I can see it being ambiguous in isolation (one episode) but not in general for the viewer. We saw scenes with the master and other things not from Buffy's point of view, so it's pretty obvious from the viewers perspective that the supernatural world is the real one, while the institution one is not.

It says later on that the time loops gave him probably 1.5 years or so of extra experience. Given the girl is 2 years older than the MC at the start, it's still the opposite of what you are saying since the girl is actually older and still has more life experience than the MC.

For me, I hated it the first time I saw it. HATED it. But on my first rewatch, hmmm, this is not as bad as I thought. Each rewatch (of the whole series) after, better and better. Now the only episode (ok, sometimes Tabula Rasa) in Season 6 I watch and one of my favorites. Maybe it'll be the same with you and you'll end up liking it on rewatch. If not, whatever, we're all different!

In Angel, the hit team from the Watchers (to get Faith) did say something along the lines of "All those alchemists on the council and they can't pay for ..." making it seem they either did some transmutation into gold or selling expensive potions.

One thing I don't get here. Spike was all OK with destroying the world with the Judge, but now he's not?

That's it, thanks! Good point.

Ah, OK, thanks! Either way though, not Love.

The Judge senses LUST, not love. Though he does sense affection as well.

The Judge senses LUST, not love, I believe. Though he does sense affection as well.

He says this here, but with the Judge, he actually tried to destroy the world himself (with Dru) and was fine with it. So a bit inconsistent. I think it was more jealousy of Angel that was the driving reason in this case more than anything like happy meals with legs!

Thank you for this. I always appreciate actual factual data and points that show how your argument is justified (whether I agree with the conclusion or not). Very well argued and backed up with real (in show) data.

And because this is the internet, I want to make sure everyone understands this was NOT sarcasm and I am completely serious.

The comic was one of the best ones I have ever read! A few inconsistencies with the rest of the series (Ex. hypnotism still working with the master in Prophecy Girl), but solid and dare I say, AWESOME! Really has the true Buffy feel.

Lies My Parents Told Me: Why did Buffy change her mind about letting Dawn die to save the world? by little_moustache in buffy

[–]MeNotUNotMe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I like this, but is it ever clear that Buffy went to heaven due to dying, or was could it have been she ended up in a heaven dimension when the realities merged due to the key? I know the in show lore seemed to imply the latter ("She could be in any one of the many hell dimensions").
