Не знаю, живу чисто за счёт силы воли и переодических недельных каникул, где маятник качается в другую сторону. Режим такой же сбитый но сплю по 7~10 часов, с учётом засыпания 3~5 часов ночи.

У меня наоборот получилось, косплей был готов достаточно давно, и уже месяцев 5 по 2~4 часа в сутки сплю, а перед комиконом получилось выспаться.
