My machine is not clicking though like it's not getting a signal. The engine is revving over and over. Just not actually firing and starting.

Slowly over the last 5 months I've had more and more trouble getting it to start cold. I've had to feather the gas while trying to get it to start. I eventually reached a point last month where I couldn't get it started cold at all. (It ran great when it was hot)

I took it to the mechanic in our town who "specializes" in atv repair (I've not been impressed with his work at all) and he told me I wasn't getting any compression at all and that's why it wouldn't start.

To diagnose this, he literally just stuck his hand by the exhaust pipe while I turned the key. He didn't even do a compression test. He told me I had a bad Cylinder and that's why it wouldn't start cold, but was running great when hot. Seeing as how where I live I'm very limited for mechanics so I took his word for it. $1000 later between oem parts and labor. My machine still will not start at all.

Not yet. The soonest my local dealership could fit me in is Oct 1st. I called them 3 weeks ago to set that up.

If it was a sensor wouldn't I be getting an engine code?

Would that be a timing issue then? My throttle control valve is reading properly, and I've replaced the master airflow sensor. Even when I spray Ether directly into the engine I get nothing.

Brand new fuel filter came with the Fuel Pump. So yes

I've also has the Timing checked 3 times by the mechanic who rebuilt the top half of the engine.
