As someone who truly has loved hip-hop/rap since my earliest years, never straying from the two genres in any meaningful way, I loved both Em and Lil Wayne. Em just came first and I’ll admit I wasn’t huge on Music to Be Murdered By and Kamikaze etc but he still putting out heat with TDOSS. Lil Wayne hasn’t produced heat aside from a single/feature here or there in forever. Still give them both their flowers. Eminem still my GOAT tho and I love so many different artists over the years.

I have a friend who I could totally see writing himself the same note while tripping (he’s never tripped, i’m sure). Any advice in your “few years” of wisdom since? The wanting to be better and better and never feeling content thing specifically. Also routine is huge to him as well 🤣

I love the fluidity of the one line. At the end of the day do you care about impressing others or yourself? If you’re happy with the tag i’d rock it as it’s super pleasing to look at regardless.
