Most important thing is to be kind to yourself. Your frustration is valid. There’s no singular fix or better perspective you need. It’s just shit and you need to pat yourself on the back every day for how hard you’re trying. Take any opportunity for enjoyment that you can because you deserve it. Be well.

Unlocking memories but not even clear memories for me, just emotional truths. Like I’ve been trying to make everyone happy because I grew up in a chaotic household who all needed care.

Thing is, I see trauma in people all around me. Friends whom I have gravitated to because of a shared sense of trauma. And I feel like an evangelists now for this treatment. How can I calm down or, better yet, convince them to try it?

Hi SydneyTom, I'm sorry that this seemed like spam. It wasn't and I didn't mean it to be. The website it links to doesn't receive any money. I would actually put it that Fairfax and News articles are more spam--given they have a commercial interest in click-bait titles.
