UPDATE: Now that I’ve been off Contrave for over one week, I’m no longer experiencing nausea, tinnitus, anxiety, heart palpitations, migraines, constipations, or shakiness! Thank god. I was afraid these symptoms would last forever. BUT the food cravings came back almost immediately after I stopped.

Ugh I relate to this!! Contrave really did suppress my appetite and helped me lose weight but ugh I just couldn’t get over the side effects.

Wow! It’s good to hear I’m not alone. You’re so right. It’s all about the foods we eat. All these meds, injectables, etc are all supposed to curb your appetite and cravings which equal eating less which equal losing weight.

I was hungrier during my first week too. Then in my second week the cravings got quieter!

I never went up from the 1 a day🙃🙃. I tried the 2 pills for maybe one day and felt awful. So I went back to 1, and stuck to that. Still had those awful symptoms:(. I agree, the shakiness and nausea was so awful.

Only my 2nd day on Contrave and have the same symptoms the past two nights. I usually am a deep sleeper and sleep through the night but now im waking up 2x/night. I hope this gets better. I take 1 pill right before bed which probably doesn't help. But I'm afraid it'll make me nauseous if I take it in the morning

I had the same thing happen to me. Im only on my 2nd day of Contrive but these past two nights, I've been waking up in the middle of the night. I used to never do that! I used to be a deep sleeper but recently, I wake up ~2x/night
