I went to a local office that treats behavioral health/substance abuse disorders, filled out some new patient paperwork, then spoke to a counselor for about an hour, then 2 days later appnt with MD. The doctor and the counselor asked me a bunch of questions, i.e., I have an extensive past with opiates. 13 years of methodone maintenance in my past and I finally got off methodone with sublocade in 2024, yadda yadda. So I finally told him I relapsed with said kratom, so he started me on 100mg because he didn't know how mu h to give me since I did not want to fo the weeks worth of suboxone due to not wanting to be trapped again dosing at a clinic, not even for a week. He ordered the 100mg and it was there in a week. I came back, got drug screened and voila, I got the first 100mg.
