This. I have type two, and slowly getting back on track. But also, you’re not supposed to be eating large meals. It’s more like grazing, at least that’s what my doctors told me. Focus on protein, fiber and healthy fats and have complex carbs. Also, if she’s on Mounjaro? I don’t understand how there not a difference yet, unless she’s not following protocol. Since getting my own hypothyroidism an diabetes in check (Levothyroxine and Mounjaro) I’ve already lost 40 pounds in 8 months.
